Pipp & Co is an independent bakery and café based in Bristol and Wiltshire. These Terms & Conditions cover use of our website, online shop, and retail services. Wholesale customers are handled under separate contracts.

  • Prices include VAT where applicable and may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if stock is unavailable or there’s an error in pricing.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to delays outside our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provide.

Returns & Refunds

  • As our doughnuts and baked goods are perishable, we cannot accept returns unless there’s a problem with quality or damage in transit.
  • Please contact us within 24 hours if there’s an issue so we can help.
